Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GBPilot (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Keep your credentials secure.

2. The Service

GBPilot helps you manage Google Business Profiles — scheduling posts/media, replying to reviews, tracking rankings, audits, citations, and related tools. Some features rely on third-party APIs (Google) and may change or be limited by those providers.

3. Your responsibilities

You represent that you own or are authorized to manage the Google Business Profiles you connect. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and with Google’s terms and policies. You will not: scrape Google or any third party in violation of their terms; submit false, misleading, or spammy content (including reviews or citations); attempt to gain unauthorized access; or use the Service to harm others.

4. AI-generated content

The Service can generate suggested content (review replies, descriptions, posts). This content is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and is provided for your review. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content, and for ensuring it is accurate and compliant.

5. Plans, billing & renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are stated at purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy at /refund.

6. Free tools & fair use

Free tools are provided “as is” and may be subject to usage limits, rate limits, or removal. We may meter or limit API-intensive features (e.g. geo-grid checks) to protect Service availability.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with Google and other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes to their APIs or policies. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its content (excluding your data and Google data). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You retain rights to your own content and data.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant any specific results, rankings, traffic, or business outcomes. Advisory tools (e.g. suspension or phone audits) are guidance only and not guarantees. We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GBPilot against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or third-party rights.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, or risk to the Service or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in your location.
