Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
We offer a refund if you request one within 7 days of a charge and have not made substantial use of paid features. Contact support@gbpilot.io to request a refund.
Payments beyond the 7-day window are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
Failed or duplicate charges
Accidental duplicate charges are refunded in full. Contact support@gbpilot.io with your invoice and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Free tier
Free features carry no charge and no refund.
