Google API Services — User Data Policy Disclosure

GBPilot connects to your Google Business Profile through Google APIs to help you manage your listings.
GBPilot’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data we access
- Google Business Profile account and location details (name, address, hours, categories, attributes, description, contact info)
- Reviews and ratings, and the ability to post replies you create or approve
- Posts and media you create or schedule
- Performance and insights metrics
- Questions and answers on your profiles
- Basic Google account identifiers (name, email) for sign-in
How we use it
We use this data solely to provide and improve the features you use in GBPilot — managing profiles, scheduling content, replying to reviews, tracking rankings, and generating AI-assisted content at your request.
Limited Use
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not transfer Google user data except as needed to provide or improve the Service, to comply with law, or in a business transfer.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data except with your consent, for security, to comply with law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymized.
Revoking access
Disconnect GBPilot anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or delete your account to remove stored data.
